Who Are We?

We are the result of a strategic alliance between Treehouse Arquitectura and HJEM Group. Treehouse is an architecture firm with 13 years of experience in CDMX and 5 years in Tulum. They believe in a different approach to real estate development, one that is responsible and rooted in values and principles, aiming to generate well-being for both users and investors. HJEM Group, on the other hand, is a construction company that prioritizes building strong and lasting relationships with the communities in which it operates, valuing inclusion, diversity, and social responsibility.
